Chantilly has become one of the fastest-growing Korean-American communities in western Fairfax County — a natural extension of the residential Korean community anchored in neighboring Centreville. KCPC operates a Chantilly location on Gum Spring Road, serving families who live on the western edge of Fairfax County.
Most Korean-American families here are younger than their Centreville counterparts — 30s to mid-40s, with young children in elementary and middle school. The schools that draw them — Chantilly High, Rocky Run Middle, Oak Hill Elementary — are consistent standouts. The broader employment mix is heavy on Dulles-corridor defense and intelligence contracting, Amazon HQ2 commuters, and telecom.
Every conversation can happen in Korean, English, or both. Meetings, documents, and ongoing communication adapt to the client — not the other way around.
We are a Registered Investment Advisor with a fiduciary obligation to our clients. No product sales, no hidden commissions.
We don't run a standard portfolio for every client. If your situation involves a pending RSU vest, a Korean inheritance, a practice buy-in, or a planned business sale — that goes at the center of your plan, not the footnote.
Clients grow. We grow with them. When a client's needs expand past IPM's scope, we coordinate with our family office affiliate, Wealthy & Wise Family Office.

If your household is building its first $100K and looking for lower-cost investment management, Invested Advisory may be a better fit as a first step. Most of our Chantilly clients started there and grew into IPM.
Take our 2-minute qualifierThe first conversation is free and no-commitment. Tell us where you are and what you're trying to build — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
